There was a link to their policies about posting things, but did not state what policy was violated. So, keep in mind when you read reviews on TripAdvisor that they will be skewed to be positive only.
If you’re reading the TripAdvisor reviews, really read them. You’ll see that they’re being manipulated — and it’s known. In a quick search, you can see that within a few days of each other, there are reviews from people with only 1-or-2 previous reviews that use very similar wording, lots of exclamation marks, short 1 to 3 sentences and mention the same people:
Aug 3, 2023:
“Great fun! I played with Vianey and my friend, Beth.
We played Texas Hold ‘Em and Black Jack!
We are having so much fun at Vidanta. Will be back again soon.”
Sept 2023:
“We played the bingo and it was very fun.
We came 1,2and 3 place. Vianey was great hostess for the bingo.
The food is delicious”
Sept 2023:
“So much fun at the pool. Fitness and games! Fun for the whole family. Nestor Christian, Veaney, Yanderi made it so much fun! The games were excellent and everyone had so much fun! Enthusiastic and exciting for the whole pool!”
Oct 2023:
“Played Texas Hold ‘Em and actually won with my favorite dealer Vlaney. Such an enjoyable experience. This is our second visit to this location and we’re highly impressed with the transformation.”
I can’t remember meeting Vianey, but they must be a rockstar. Real reviews, with less than 5 stars, all contain a paragraph or more of text.
Food for thought.
