Vidanta’s response to my second email. Received on August 15th, 2023. I had to resend my second email from August 4th on August 15th, 2023 as in typical Vidanta style, they did not initially respond.

We understand how you feel and regret to learn that you perceived their service differently while you were still on-site. We truly hope you give us the opportunity to welcome you back to change your current perception about the service given on your past stay at Vidanta Nuevo Vallarta.
Having said that, we have also left a note in our system with the courtesies and $300 USD resort credit that we look forward to honoring upon your return to Nuevo Vallarta with no expiration date.
